Cancellation and Lateness Policy

Understandably life happens and schedules can change, but in all fairness to your practitioner and other patients, below is an updated Cancellation and Lateness Policy.

Late Arrivals

There are 75 min intervals that are allocated for each appointment. Patients arriving less than 15 minutes late will be only be given 60min. Everyone arriving after will be considered late cancellation and will need to be rescheduled. No-show appointments are considered a late cancellation.

Cancellations

  • Early cancellations are those that occur more than 48 hours before your appointment time. There is no charge for early cancellations. Please reach out over email whenever possible. If the appointment is rescheduled before the 48-hour window it will be considered an early cancellation.
  • Late cancellations occur within the 48-hour window (less than 48 hours) and are subject to a full visit fee. Please use text or email to reschedule.

New Patients

By booking your initial visit we both are in agreement with the office cancellation and lateness policy. New patient intake and treatment take approximately 90min.  In the event of a late cancelation the prospective patient will be billed.
